1st April 2013 Permit Schemes - GMRAPS (Greater Manchester Road Activities Permit Scheme) - Consultation is now concluded and the final preparations to the scheme are underway. The "go-live" date of the full Permit Scheme is planned for Monday 29th April 2013. Liverpool Permit Scheme has also completed its consultation. The St Helens Permit Scheme (MAPS) went live on 10th April 2012 and is running well with few teething problems so far.
